Feeding the bees
Our bees have worked hard all summer and produced about 120lbs of honey. Now we have to put something back and feed them up for the winter. We use normal british sugar dissolved in water and fed through a bee feeder. Here are bees bringing back pollen to feed the winter bees who will look after the queen all winter using sugar honey. Each hive needs about 10lbs of sugar.
